We had an excellent service experience with Johnson Family RV. Our steps would not retract, so they came to the campsite to diagnose the issue. Doug and Cindy worked diligently with our warranty company, staying in touch with us and doing everything they could to help us get on our way in a timely manner. Once they repair was approved, Doug came out the same day and replaced the steps. I would highly recommend Johnson Family RV for repair work as they are honest and professional.

This was the first rv I had ever purchased. Sales team was great, finance was smooth and easy, but the service department is absolutely awesome from Cindy to Kris. Every time I have had a problem they have been right on it and have went more than above and beyond. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend Johnson Family RV to anyone. I wanted to share the experience my wife and I had with Johnson Family RV. We found ourselves with a broken suspension on our Dutchman Voltage toy hauler along I81 near the junction with I77. That's the worst - broken down and looking for help. I called the service department when they opened in the morning and spoke with the service rep and then the service manager. They told me to come on in and they'd take a look right away and try to get us back on the road. Luckily, they had the parts we needed and within 2 hours of our arrival, we indeed were back on the road. I was afraid we would be days trying to find someone to help - they were fantastic. Thank you for your excellent service for a couple RV'ers who needed help!

We bought a used THOR Vegas 24.1 from Johnson Family RV and could not be happier. We bought it sight unseen 3,000 miles away! Management and their staff are honest and very friendly and courteous as we asked a lot of questions. They took pictures and answered everything. Delivery was arranged through them and our driver drove it across country for us. When delivered, he went over everything to be sure we understood the RV. We did have an issue with the slider - guess the trip across country jiggled wires loose. Johnson Family RV stood by their word to pay for the repair at a local Camping World. These folks are the real deal when it comes to purchasing an RV through them. Their service folks are amazing, too. I recommend them highly. Would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Just returned home with my new springdale 2720BH and the entire family is so impressed and happy. Second travel trailer we have purchased from Johnson Family in 3 yrs. and can't imagine going anywhere else. From Shannon our salesman,the other salesmen just talking to us having conversations helping us with an informed decision, the service department of Doug, James, and Justin showing explaining and discussing every little detail of our TT, Josh Millaway helping us with the warranty and financing, even the wonderful ladies that answer the phone and greeted us when we come in. Everyone doesn't just sell you a camper, they invest their time in making you comfortable with your purchase. We drive over an hour, with more than 3 other RV stores closer to deal with, and have never regretted the decision to make the drive. This was our third RV purchase from Johnson Family Rv and the entire staff was very helpful and professional. The sales person Tony was great. He was very patient with us going back and forth to decide which one we wanted. Tony answered all our questions and we really enjoyed working with him. I had been looking for a good used Class C RV for several months. I came across one on the internet at Johnson Family RV. I called for information regarding the condition on the RV, and spoke with Mr. Frank McBrayer. He replied, they would check it out and let me know what they found. Mr. McBrayer called me back with the findings and I bought it at that time. I asked if they would deliver it, which they did to Belton, Mo. The delivery driver and his wife were very warm, friendly people. They lost a wheel simulator on the way and said they would replace it. After a few weeks to my surprise, I received not just one-wheel simulator but a complete new set! I could not be happier with the purchase and the treatment I received. They went out of their way to take care of a customer who bought it over the internet. I would definitely buy another RV from them.

My wife and I had decided it was time to get back to what we love doing. We both are retired and love to travel and camp. There are so many trailer dealerships and models and makes that I was confused as to where to go to find what we wanted and not spend months looking for the right trailer. I saw the Johnson Family RV ad on television. There was no pushy sales person no gimmicks, just a plain ad. Very refreshing. I saw ad several times and my wife also saw it. I told her that we were going to go Princeton, WV and take a look at a used Airstream. If I had been ready to devote a long time to rebuilt it it would have been a Great trailer. However, I decided against it and we went ahead and drove on down to Johnson RV. We were met by a very nice salesman. He answered our questions then pointed us in the direction of where all the trailers are parked and told us take a look and when ready he would be glad to answer all our questions. We choose to only look at the keystone brand. After we had viewed them all we narrowed down our choices. It was easy to stay within our budget as all the trailers had a detail list of everything that came with it and the price. When we went back in pour salesman then set down with us and we figured it was going to take a while to haggle out a deal. We were surprised how easy it was to come to an agreement that was only $500 above our budget. Financing went very smoothly. We went back on a Tuesday to pick it up. The service people couldn't have been more helpful. We learned everything we needed to know about operating the trailer and more. We asked about a camp ground close by. They sent us to a great and quiet one. We spend two days there, and because Johnson RV was less then a mile away, it was a breeze to get questions and service needs taken care of. We live almost 200 miles from this dealership so I didn't want to go home and have issues. What a great experience it has been doing business with a company who cares.

My wife and I looked for a travel trailer for about a year. We drove past 3 other dealerships to get to Johnson. We haven't regretted that decision in the least. Got an amazing deal, then Doug and the service group gave us great service after the sale. Have already given references to numerous people and want to do it again. We purchased our 2016 Keystone Springdale today and cannot say enough good things about this dealership. The salesman, Lewis, was very friendly and if didn't know the answer to our questions, he would get the information very quickly. The entire office staff was very friendly and made sure any of our questions or concerns were addressed in a very timely manner. This dealership does a walk-thru with their customers before they leave the dealership with their new camper. The person that did our walk-thru was Justin and he was the most knowledgeable service person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Justin answered all our questions and I had quite a few! He made sure that we were comfortable with everything, inside and out, before we left the dealership. The other service personnel were very helpful also in making sure that we were taken care. We would recommend this dealership to everyone that is looking to purchase a new travel trailer or 5th wheel - you won't go wrong!

I feel like these are very honest people. We had a problem with our slide on our RV and Doug found us the part we needed but he was quoted around $600.00, needless to say, I almost had a heart attack, but he said he was going to keep looking and he called us back later and had found us just what we needed for a little over $100.00. They got the slide fixed in just a little over an hour, so that was a big help with labor expense. He could have charged us the $600.00 for the part and we would not have known any better; but I always believe that better things come to people who are honest, and I have told all our RV friends how well we were treated and if they need service, they need to check them out. They have a very friendly staff of service people as well as everyone else there. We will give them any of our future RV repairs.

On our annual trip in Myrtle Beach, we made the best of a cloudy day to stop at a local C.World to have some fun and look at new campers. Little did I know my wife and kids would fall in love with a 2016 Keystone Bullet 272BHS! The price at C World was ridiculous. After searching the web, my wife came across Johnson Family RV. This was the best thing to happen to my family yet. The price and trade in value was amazing as was the friendly staff. After speaking with Frank M over the phone, we knew immediately that we were dealing with straight forward, good, honest people. No games, no salesperson b.s.(no offense salespeople). After deciding to make the detour trip from Myrtle Beach to Woodlawn, the price quoted for both the trailer and the trade in was honored. The staff made the sale so easy and comfortable it was amazing. From arriving at their lot and pulling in to setting up financing to transferring our belongings from the old to our new, everything was made easy and stress free. Even the little things like Frank getting our dog water as we transferred our stuff to the candies he had for the kids. The trailer was spotless and waiting with the A.C. on and cartoons on the t.v. for the kids. As we finished the transfer of our loads of stuff even the owner quietly made his way over to introduce himself, shake my hand and thank us for choosing Johnson Family RV. I wish every business operated with the warmth, professionalism and quality that Johnson Family RV showed. We just purchased a clipper 17 bh and picked it up on 3/7/2015. This is the first camper that we have ever purchased. I would just like to say that it was a great experience trouble free. I had some service done on my new travel trailer from the dealer I bought it from, not Johnson RV. I picked up from dealership and drove to campground, upon arrival I found the service dept of the dealership back in Charlotte 2 1/2 hrs away had left out my 30 amp electrical cord. I called them and their answer was sorry pick you up one and bring us the receipt, this was late on a Friday and a July 4th weekend, after calling several places thought I had found one so drove to store about an hour away only to find they were offering an extension cord not the screw in plug type I needed. I had passed Johnson RV on the way, so I hurried back there and the salesguy was very helpful in trying to find a replacement, we couldn't find one so I was without hope of being able to camp since the temp was in the high 90's so no a/c would make it impossible in the trailer. He advised to wait on the owner who was running errands, and he may be able to come up with something. The owner shows up and we look at making something work but he wasn't 100% sure so he didn't want to go that route. He looked and looked and finally found something they use in service department, he let me borrow his only service cord for the weekend with only my promise to return it. They went above and beyond making sure I had something to complete my camping weekend. The time and effort they showed me was way above and beyond anything I expected, the large dealership I bought from wouldn't and didn't help at all. I will definitely look Johnson RV up on my next RV/Travel Trailer purchase. I made sure I returned the cord and they were closed since it was the 4th July but I definitely wanted to thank thank thank them for saving my weekend.

While traveling through southwest Virginia, we discovered a serious problem with the base plate on the vehicle towed behind our motorhome. We located Johnson Family RV via an internet search and they agreed to look into our problem. The folks there were very cordial and outgoing and began working on our vehicle immediately after lunch as we had arrived shortly before noon. The repair was completed and we were on our way in very short order.

Excellent customer service !! My brake control was installed less than 30 minutes. The work was perfect. Everyone was very friendly and their knowledge was great on what I needed. This is a great place to use!

We were on our way to Florida from New York when we discovered we needed house batteries for our motor home. Our lights were dim and we didn't have enough power to run anything on the battery. We saw Johnson Family RV on the web so we called them and they said we could come right in. . In less than 30 minutes we had new batteries installed and were on our way. It was my birthday and Cindy gave me a cupcake, she made my day! We highly recommend this business. Thank You!

I had been looking for a camper for my granddaughter to live in temporarily and came upon a 21 ft at the dealership. the price was lower than similar camper sold by individuals on the marketplace and I felt that this unit had been thoroughly inspected and cleaned. It actually looked brand new even though it was 10 years old. Doug spend a lot of time explaining all the features of this unit and they delivered it for free Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful I highly recommend this business

Back in June we were traveling through the area and I misjudged a gas station entrance and caught my electric hookup cable on the asphalt. I needed to find a new one and got on my phone to look for an RV store. I reached out to Johnsons and asked if they carried the part for my Blue Ox Tow Bar. They had it! Except they were going to close in 15 minutes. The very nice folks offered to stay open long enough for me to get there and grab the cable! Gray Parks and another person kept the store open. Amazing! I would highly recommend Johnson Family RV! They really get what it's like being on the road. Much Appreciated!!

We were traveling to Ohio on a Saturday and experienced a tire blowout on the interstate. After putting on the spare we made it to our campsite and spent 2 days looking for someone who could install new tires we could rely on. Finally on Monday morning I got in touch with Cindy in the service department and she was helpful and considerate in checking their inventory and schedule and was able to work us into their schedule and quickly get our tire situation taken care of and get us back on the road in a couple hours. I was thoroughly impressed with Cindy and her service department and would highly recommend Johnson Family RV to anyone, especially with my experience with their excellent customer service. Highly deserving of 5 STARS.
